1 General Terms

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 33 Wowph. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and, upon detection, will result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your details change, please notify 33 Wowph support promptly.

Your login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone. 33 Wowph will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or any other channel. 4 Deposits

All deposits at 33 Wowph are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). We support the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not accepted and may trigger an account review.

There is a minimum deposit amount which is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. 33 Wowph does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 33 Wowph are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not feasible, 33 Wowph will contact you to arrange an alternative channel.

All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests trigger identity verification automatically. Players who have not yet completed verification will be asked to submit the required documents before the cash-out proceeds.

Processing times once a withdrawal has been approved by the 33 Wowph finance team are as follows:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 33 Wowph offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, refer-a-friend rewards, and other promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read before participating.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across 33 Wowph:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates are shown in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33 Wowph and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment credentials or funding your account with money that does not belong to you.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit a mathematical edge or abuse a promotion.
• Using automated software, bots, or any tool that mechanically interacts with the 33 Wowph platform without a real human player directing each action.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with the functionality or security of 33 Wowph systems.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with 33 Wowph.

33 Wowph monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited behaviour. Investigations are conducted internally and may be shared with relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies where appropriate.

9 Responsible Gaming
